These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to the Alongside AI website, waitlist, and beta product. By using Alongside, you agree to these Terms.

Beta service

Alongside is in beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn. We provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use Alongside in violation of applicable law. You are responsible for obtaining consent from anyone whose screen or data you share during a session.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you share. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the service, including AI-assisted guidance during sessions.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You must be authorized to use Alongside on behalf of your organization where applicable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alongside and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using Alongside at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
